Fashion Fitness Tidbit
Tuesday, May 27th, 2008It’s summer time and we know that our bodies need to look a certain way. We want to get in that tiny swim suit, so we are trying every diet that comes out. It’s OK… no need to stress because we all are beautiful in our own little way. A few sit ups before breakfast, some cardio workout, 3 small meals during the day (and 3 healthy snacks) will help! Just add a few more situps right before bed, it will work out for the best.
