We give customers several Shipping options, this policy will outline the Shipping Methods and Tracking of product(s)

Picking Up at our Store

We include an option for customers in the Chicagoland area who prefer to order online and come to our store to pick up their product(s). Please we encourage you NOT choose this option if you are more than 25 miles away from our address:

US Postal Service (USPS)

If it is an available method of shipping, USPS shipping options are: Express Mail, Priority Mail & Parcel Post. Please choose the appropriate shipping method available to you.

United Parcel Service (UPS)

If it is an available method of shipping, UPS shipping options are: Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select, & Ground. Please choose the appropriate shipping method available to you. UPS insures your package of up to $100 of the value of your package free.

Processing

ShopLadyMe.com is currently Online only, we are alerted ASAP when an order comes through. Therefore, with such high attention to our online business we try to process your order the same day if; Orders are placed within these hours: 7am to 7pm CST.

Once your order has been shipped out to the carrier of your choice, we will send you the Tracking Number. If you do not receive your Tracking Number within 2 business day, please feel free to contact Customer Service: customerservice@shopladyme.com

Damages in Transportation (Non-Defective & Not Damaged upon delivery)

ShopLadyMe.com is NOT responsible for packages damaged during transportation. It is the customer’s responsibility to purchase insurance for their packages.

Handling Fees

We currently do not charge handling fees. If we do decide to charge handling fees at a future date, we reserve the right to do so without notice.

Restocking Fee

Items returned from orders that received free shipping, a 15% restocking fee will be charged. The restocking fee only applies to orders that received free shipping.

Insurance on Shipments

Make sure your shipment is insured properly, we will not be responsible for lost or damaged shipments.

Returns

We will be happy to accept returns for purchases made at ShopLadyMe.com and/or Lady Me Boutique, as long as the return occurs within 15 days of original purchase. We will credit your original method of payment as long as the product(s) has not been used or worn.

A RETURN AUTHORIZATION must be obtained from our customer service staff and is required for all returns. Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of the issuance of the RETURN AUTHORIZATION at which time the RETURN AUTHORIZATION expires. Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Lady Me, reserves the right to return to the customer any merchandise received without a valid RETURN AUTHORIZATION or with visible usage. We will notify you via e-mail of your credit once we have received and processed the returned product(s). You can expect a refund in the same form as your original payment, within 7 days of our receiving your return.

To obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION (or for any other quality concerns) please contact customerservice@shopladyme.com and we will be happy to assist you.

Damaged and/or Defective Products

We do our best to minimize mistakes and not ship out defective items, however if ShopLadyMe.com does send you a Damaged and/or Defective Product(s), we will replace it with the original ordered item(s). Products must be returned within 10 business days of purchase and NOT worn. In returning these items, you must:

  • Return the product(s) via mail to our address:

  • Product(s) must NOT be worn
  • Attach a copy of your invoice
  • Specify what item(s) you would like exchanged and the replacement item(s).

Once we receive the Damaged/Defective product(s), and it is determined the products actually were Damaged or Defective we will Credit the funds back to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to display in your account.

  • PayPal Refunds: If you paid via PayPal, your refund will be credited there.
  • Credit Card Refunds: If you paid with your Credit Card, you refund will be credited there.

We will refund the total amount of the defective product(s) plus any applicable sales taxes. Unfortunately, we DO NOT cover the Shipping & Handling expenses you may incur while shipping Damaged/Defective product(s) back to us.
